Puis-je utiliser ces valeurs pour mon attestation RE2020 ?
Non : le calcul réglementaire RE2020 (indicateur Ic construction) utilise obligatoirement les données françaises de la base INIES (fiches FDES et PEP, ou valeurs par défaut). L'ÖKOBAUDAT reflète des produits et des procédés surtout allemands : elle sert à comparer des ordres de grandeur entre matériaux. Pour le calcul réglementaire de votre maison, c'est l'analyse du cycle de vie (ACV) de l'étude RE2020.
Pourquoi certaines valeurs sont-elles négatives ?
La fabrication (étapes A1 à A3) couvre l'extraction des matières premières, le transport jusqu'à l'usine et la fabrication. La fin de vie (C1 à C4) couvre la démolition, le transport des déchets, leur traitement et leur élimination. Les matériaux bio-sourcés ont une valeur de fabrication négative : le carbone absorbé par la plante pendant sa croissance reste stocké dans le matériau, puis il est en grande partie rendu en fin de vie.
